The Dual GaN Ka SSPA/BUC from Celestia TTI is a Ka-Band GaN SSPA/BUC that upconverts input frequencies of 1 to 2 GHz to output frequencies of 29 to 31 GHz. It delivers an output power of 46 dBm (saturated) & 43 dBm (linear) with a gain of more than 70 dB. This SSPA/BUS has an attenuation range of 20 dB in 0.1 dB steps and a VSWR of less than 1.50:1 (input) & 1.30:1 (output). It has a phase noise of less than -93 dBc/Hz, spectral regrowth of -30 dBc and spurious levels of less than -60 dBc. This SSPA/BUC can be controlled via RS-485, USB, and Ethernet interfaces. It requires an AC supply of 90-264 V and consumes 350 W of power. This SSPA/BUC is available in an enclosure that measures 340 x 210 x 170 mm and has an N-type female connector at the input and a WR28 waveguide interface at the output side.
