The RSTX Series from Raltron are TCXOs that operate at SARSAT frequencies and are compliant with Cospas-Sarsat emergency beacon requirements. They produce an LVCMOS or Clipped Sine output and have a frequency stability of ±0.2 ppm with a phase noise of less than -152 dBc/Hz. These TCXOs have an aging of ±3 ppm (over 10 years) and can operate over a temperature range of -40 to +55 °C. They require a DC supply of 3.3 V and consume less than 6 mA of current. These TCXOs are available in a RoHS-compliant package that measure 7 x 5 x 2 mm.
